Whole House Rental (10 people or less):
- $475 / night (1 day rental)
- $375 / night (2+ day rental)
- $10 per person per night for groups larger than 12 people (covers laundry expense for large groups)

Cancellation Policy:
If at any time you want to cancel your reservation you have two options:
- You may request a refund of 50% of the entire stay amount. Deposits are not refundable.
- You may transfer your stay to any other open night within one year of cancelling.
